Exchanges: 👈🏼

All items* bought from Nazar can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase using the following method:

Request our support team for our exchange form & fill it out. Include the form in your return package and ship it using your preferred courier service. Upon receiving your package at our warehouse, we will process your exchange request. A 250 PKR delivery fee for exchanged products will be collected as cash on delivery (COD).

Anticipated Timeline for Exchange Delivery: 

 Our team typically processes exchange packages weekly, ensuring efficient handling of your request. Anticipate the arrival of your exchange parcel at your specified destination within a week's time. 🥳

Return Policy:

All products purchased from NAZAR are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

1. The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
2. The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.

At NAZAR , we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive for fairness for all parties involved.

 

Please note that certain scenarios make it difficult for us to process returns and exchanges, including but not limited to the following: 💡

 

1. Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
2. Products damaged due to use.
3. Products that have been tampered with.
4. Size issues caused by customers.
